Xmas hols

No work this week! Yippee, actually having some time to just mooch around on the net today, a rare occurance. I was actually hoping to do some thesis work today but I have Ele and Hannah's friends over today so its all a little manic at the minute so instead I did a search for some other martial arts blogs. I found the following http://traditionaltaekwondo.blogspot.com/ which had some interesting posts, especially around gradings and student prep etc. I was hoping to get it on the blog as one of the interesting sites but it seems to be playing up at the minute.

Any other sites you feel should be added please recommend.
